The objects of the Association are

• To provide an Alumni Association for past students of Naparima College.
• To undertake activities designed to bring past students of the College together in fraternity.
• To serve as an arm which assists the college in any way possible, financial or otherwise.
• To promote interest in the College and its activities among members of the public.
• To provide financial aid for deserving students of the College.
• To provide mentorship and guidance for students of the College.
• To uphold the traditions of the College and ensure the preservation of our fraternity within the student body.
• To encourage and sanction the formation of chapters of Naparima College Association of Past Students in foreign territories where alumni reside.
• To fulfill the general duties which constitute the functions of an Alumni Association the world over.
• To protect the reputation of the College as one which produces alumni par excellence remains intact.
• To conduct all business and endeavors related to the college and its alumni with integrity and transparency.
